Trevor brings 25+ years of experience at the forefront of AI investing and building AI-enabled businesses, with deep expertise across the healthcare ecosystem—including payers, providers, pharma, and health tech. He has founded and scaled category-defining platforms serving leading organizations like UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross, and Aetna. Most recently, after the acquisition of his company Exusia by Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in 2024, Trevor led Globant's global AI & Data practice, supporting 1,000+ clients across 36 countries and ~$2.5B in revenue. Today, Trevor works closely with our founders and Limited Partners, helping drive value creation through AI-led strategies.

Jeff is an anesthesiologist who served as system chair. In that role, he oversaw multiple hospitals and ASCs including staffing, finances, safety, patient satisfaction, and preop centers. He has significant experience with formulary management, supply chain, OR utilization, policy development, and bioethics.

He helped lead the COVID and IV fluid shortage responses for his hospital system. He is an innovative thinker bringing new technology into the preoperative setting to minimize surgical delays or cancellations. Jeff is a national leader in his medical specialty addressing issues such as fair payment and staffing shortages. He attended the University of Miami for undergrad, medical school, and residency, and holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. He is a registered parliamentarian.

Carlos Navarro is President of the Healthcare Shares Marketing Accelerator, where he helps healthcare companies improve their commercial strategy, reach investors, and build customer growth.He began his healthcare marketing career in U.S. and global roles at large-cap companies including Johnson & Johnson and Bausch + Lomb. His experience spans vision care, wound care, consumer health, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, and consumer and connected fitness. He has marketed products directly to consumers and through healthcare professionals.Over the past several years, Carlos has focused on smaller, private equity-backed companies, leading either the business or its marketing function. He has held full P&L responsibility for businesses with up to $500 million in revenue and led organizations with 100+ personnel. At Aphena Pharmaceuticals, he built a consumer health and dermatology business from the ground up. As General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Bowflex, he led the company’s direct-to-consumer fitness business and its return to growth.Carlos earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Vivek Bhatia is the founder and CEO of Talamel Health Technologies, where he is building Cohezon, an AI-native care continuum platform that connects hospitals, post-acute providers, primary care, and patients and families across every stage of a care transition.

Vivek has spent nearly two decades solving high-stakes operational problems inside health plans and provider groups. He spent close to a decade at Blue Shield of California, where he led cost-of-healthcare reduction and provider enablement programs. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo and at Gloss.com, an Estee Lauder company. Under his leadership, Talamel was invited to join the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) as a founding partner in its initiative on scaling trusted AI care navigation. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Vivek is a four-time Ironman 70.3 triathlete who learned to swim at 54.

Daniel Dow, M.D., is a board-certified radiologist, healthcare entrepreneur, investor, and physician executive with more than 20 years of clinical experience across hospital and outpatient settings. He is the Co-Founder of Empower Health, a physician-led internal medicine platform integrating advanced technology, therapeutics, and clinical research into everyday care, and serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Healthcare Shares, where he supports healthcare entrepreneurs and emerging companies. He is also a mentor and investor with Health Wildcatters and previously served as Director of the Diagnostic Imaging Program and Director of Medical Operations at HealthHelp. Dr. Dow completed his diagnostic and interventional radiology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Venture Capital and Private Equity Executive Program at Columbia Business School. His work focuses on advancing physician leadership, entrepreneurship, and ownership while helping develop innovative, patient-centered approaches to healthcare delivery.

Dr. Tirotta is the Chief Executive officer of Avicenna Therapeutic Technologies, LLC, having been appointed to this position in January 2026. Previously Dr. Tirotta was an active member of Miami Children's Hospital medical staff from 1991 to 2023, practicing with the Department of Anesthesiology. He served as the Director of Cardiac Anesthesia from November 2002 to July 2017 and Chief of the Department of Anesthesia from July 2017 to February 2023.

Dr. Tirotta received his BA from Cornell University in 1982 and his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1986. He also received an MBA degree from Columbia University in 1999. He completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1990; he sub-specialized in pediatric and cardiovascular anesthesia, including heart transplantation. In 1994, Dr. Tirotta created and produced the widely acclaimed pre-operative educational video titled, "A Hospital Trip with Dr. Bip".

Patrick Feeney is an investor, entrepreneur, and advisor with more than 20 years of experience across private equity, private credit, fixed income, growth capital, and direct lending. He is the Founder and CEO of Pearl Medical, a cardiovascular platform focused on outpatient care, and Co-Founder and Chairman of Elevate Clinical Research. Previously, he co-founded and served as Managing Director of Lateral Investment Management and held an investment role at Macquarie Group, where his work included growth capital, direct lending, and special situations. Jared Sun, MD, PhD, MBA is an emergency physician and healthcare strategist whose experience spans clinical medicine, public health, management consulting, academic medicine, and global health systems. He is particularly interested in AI-enabled healthcare, public health, emergency care, and innovative technologies.

Jared is a Strategy Consultant with the University of Cape Town Division of Emergency Medicine. He also practices as an emergency physician in Los Angeles and serves on the faculty of both USC and the University of Cape Town. Previously, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. PK Yegneswaran, Ph.D focuses on the biopharma, manufacturing, supply chain, and digital transformation sectors. She is particularly interested in digital health companies addressing behavioral health access, rural healthcare delivery, clinical workflow, care coordination, patient engagement, and the responsible integration of technology into medical practice.

Dr. Stolting currently works as an independent contractor with Teladoc Health, providing telepsychiatric services to patients in rural and underserved communities throughout Ohio. Previously, she served as a staff psychiatrist at the Zepf Center in Toledo, Ohio, where she was the lead psychiatrist for the Assertive Community Treatment program. She is a past president of the Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Association. Dr. Stolting received her bachelor's degree from Boston University and earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine.

Anup Shah, MD, MBA, is an orthopedic surgeon, healthcare entrepreneur, and advisor with expertise spanning sports medicine, medical technology, artificial intelligence, and clinical innovation. Dr. Shah currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix and is a team physician for professional sports organizations, including the Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Brewers.

William T. Adrian Cartier is an AI and data science executive with over two decades of experience building enterprise-scale decision platforms and governing AI systems in regulated, high-stakes environments. He serves as Head of AI Accelerator at The Hartford, where he leads enterprise-wide acceleration of AI and generative AI capabilities for the Fortune 100 insurer.

Over the past 15 years, Vamsi's contributions spanned personalized health systems, conversational and social understanding, multimodal machine learning, egocentric computer vision, enhancing hearing health via wearables, efficient on-device computing, neuroimaging and clinical trials design. Vamsi actively advises early stage startups in health tech, sustainability and social wellness. He published 60+ research papers (>5k citations, i10-Index>40) and contributed 10+ patents. Vamsi obtained his PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Michael T. Daines, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, fellowship-trained shoulder specialist, and physician executive with more than a decade of experience leading clinical strategy, innovation, and physician governance. As President and Partner of West Idaho Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, he combines a high-volume surgical practice with executive leadership.

He received a bachelors in Economics from University of California at Santa Cruz and an MD from St. George's University.
