A Canadian-French food-tech founder and former media executive with more than 30 years in food science and wellness. Sheila holds a Food Science degree from McGill University and founded Protelicious after seeking better everyday nutrition for her family, combining her scientific background with a commitment to gourmet food.
Dr. Jean-François Lesgards
Chief Science Officer & Founding Partner
An expert in nutrition, health and inflammatory diseases with a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Aix-Marseille University. His research experience includes the University of Louisville and Montreal Heart Institute. His recommendation of high-quality, cold-filtered whey helped establish the scientific foundation of Protelicious’ product development.
