Pharmacies post open shifts with dates and pay, and pharmacists browse and book them directly in the app. Credentials, licenses and references are verified up front, and booking and payment are handled in the app.
ShiftPosts replaces the phone calls, short-notice scrambling and agency fees of traditional relief staffing with a faster, more transparent alternative. It’s live across five Canadian provinces, and is already working with some of the country’s leading pharmacy chains and distributors as it expands into the U.S.
